Bill of Rights
1. Freedom of Religion, speech, and assembly
2. State right to a well regulated militia; right to bear arms
3. There will be no forced quartering of soldiers
4. Unreasonable searches and seizures prohibited
5. No double jeopardy; indictment by a grand jury; no self-incrimination (plead the 5th); compensation for taking property
6. right to speedy, public, fair trial by jury; confrontation of witnesses; assistance of Counsel for defense
